The sequel for Out Of Hell's Kitchen is currently in the works. It's
entitled Into The Devil's Throat and continues the action where
Out Of Hell's Kitchen leaves off. The first chapter of the sequel can
actually be found at the end of Out Of Hell's Kitchen, though if
you're jonesing for the sequel, you'd already know that.

has
produced a 30 minute author interview with John to air on local cable access channels
in the Boston area. Don is the guy who put together the Croc Hunter Challenge
video (see below) and is a real wiz at video production. The following
